Phone Orders

We do not accept phone orders. All completed breeding contracts must be sent by either facsimile, e-mail or postal mail. However, you can contact our office from Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (EST). Our team at Ashanti Farm is fluent in English, German, Spanish, French and Italian.

Fax Orders

You can send a completed breeding contract via facsimile. Our fax number is (941) 455-7901 and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

E-Mail Orders

We do not currently accept e-mail orders although you can contact us at info@Ashantifarm.com or place an order via our online shopping cart.

On-Line Orders

On-line oders can safely be placed with our PayPal secure ordering system. Shipping and handling fees are automatically calculated and will be displayed to you prior to completing your order. Generally we will contact you via phone or email to confirm your order and ensure correctness.

Postal Orders.

You can send a completed breeding contract via postal mail. Our mailing address is Ashanti Farm, Inc ®, 6737 Gordonsville Road , Gordonsville, Virginia 22942.

Payment Terms: Cashiers Check or Money Order to Ashanti Farm Inc. At this time, we do not accept private checks and credit cards only via our secure online shopping cart.

Return Policy: Saddle can be returned within 2 weeks of receipt, if kept in "New Condition"!

Lungeing Cavesson can be returned within 7 days upon receipt, if received broken or defect!

Videos cannot be returned

$50.00 - 99.99 = $9.95
$100.00 - 199.99 = $15.50
$200.00 and over = $25.95
All saddle orders are $35.95 per saddle

Shippments to Alaska, Hawaii and overseas are by Federal Express Two to Five-Day Service. The actual shipping rate is charged for each shipment. Shipments that require delivery by truck will be shipped "Freight Collect"!

Tax: Virginia residence please add 5.0% sales tax to their order.
