BOARDING, TRAINING, RIDING LESSONS &
SERVICE FEES FOR 2010/2011

Horse Boarding & Training (4 training sessions per week) (Breakdown: Boarding $1031.10/Month – Training $1374.10/Month) Note: Boarding available only in combination with Training Boarding includes: Grain, Hay, Stall, Bedding, Turn-out (with or without blankets and or boots), Daily cleaning of stalls, Feeding grain and hay (Supplements not included) Grooming & Night check. Veterinarian & Ferrier costs are excluded! Owner is responsible to keep up with vaccinations and adhere to our worming schedule!	$2,405.20 / month

Stalls available on an hourly basis at $10.00/hour up to five hours and thereafter the daily rate of $65.00/day goes into effect. Feed and Hay are not included in the above rate. This applies only to clients who come for riding lessons with their own horses and request hourly/daily stabling!

Board and Training combined ONLY:

Horse Training/Lessons for Non-Boarders ONLY:
10 Lessons with Bruno Greber	$1,000.00
Valid over a period of 3 month from the date of package purchase [within the offered special winter package time period only], provided package total [10 lessons for $1000.00] is purchased in advance.
Boarding/Training Agreement/Contract Rules: 1) All fees are due at the beginning of the Agreement/Contract and within five (5) working days for each month thereafter, upon receipt of Ashanti Farm’s Invoice by E-mail. 2) When Client(s)/Customer(s) enter into a weekly, biweekly and/or monthly boarding/training agreement with Ashanti Farm, Client(s)/Customer(s) understand that Ashanti Farm provides the offered services exclusively to Client(s)/Customer(s). Thus, Client(s)/Customer(s) understand and agree that should Client(s)/Customer(s) remove his/her horse(s) prior to the end of the agreed upon term, without a two weeks prior notice to Ashanti Farm, Client(s)/Customer(s) might receive a partial refund of the prepaid fees only, provided Ashanti Farm is able to replace the Stall(s) space(s) and Training lesson(s) with other Client(s)/Customer(s) horse(s). Client(s)/Customer(s) agree that a refund will only be granted for the period, Ashanti Farm was able to find a replacement, during the Agreement/Contract period. Should Ashanti Farm not be able to find a replacement during the Agreement/Contract period, Client(s)/Customer(s) understand and agree that the full combined fees, for the entire Agreement/Contract period, shall be considered non-refundable. Ashanti Farm reserves the right to assess a late fee of $100.00, when payment is not received within 14 days of Invoice date.
Horse Trailer Storage:	$ 105.70 per month (4 horse trailer or less)
